HP Village Management, LLC, purchased the 1,000,00 square foot Country Club Plaza in June 2024 with the goal of returning the city’s crown jewel to its former glory as the premier shopping and dining destination in the Midwest.

In ECKC’s Resilience speaker’s series, President and CEO Drew Steffen reveals the vision to bring this treasured community asset back to its national historical status. The Country Club Plaza is considered to be America’s first planned large outdoor suburban shopping center.

HP Village Management, LLC owns and operates a collection of luxury lifestyle centers in Dallas, Texas, including its principal property Highland Park Village, as well as Phillips Place in Charlotte, North Carolina.

This is an urban fabric and a place that we love thinking about how people can exist and shop and just build great memories..
