PROGRAMS
We host several programs a year featuring keynote presentations by renowned thought leaders. Every other year, we host the award ceremony for the Truman Medal for Economic Policy, which we co-sponsor with the Harry S. Truman Library Institute and the Henry W. Bloch School of Management at the University of Missouri—Kansas City.
Truman Medal for Economic Policy
In alternate years, the Club also hosts the award ceremony for the Truman Medal for Economic Policy, co-sponsored with the Harry S. Truman Library Institute and the Henry W. Bloch School of management at the University of Missouri—Kansas City. The Truman medal is awarded to n economist who has made extraordinary contributions to the nation's economic policy.
The 2022 Truman Medal for Economic Policy will be awarded to Roger W. Ferguson, Jr., former Vice Chairman of the Federal Reserve Board, in a special program on October 6, 2022.
